How to book via the NHS App:

Download the NHS App from the App Store or Google Play

Log in

Click Upcoming and Past Appointments

Click GP Surgery Appointments

Select Book a GP Appointment (please note although it says GP appointment, this is an NHS App feature we cannot change – it means the practice, not just a GP)

Select the appointment type you need

Select Balance Street

Select a clinician

Choose a convenient time

Please note: If an appointment is booked incorrectly, it will be cancelled, and you’ll receive a text message asking you to contact reception.
