Practice Update

In line with new NHS GP contract requirements, our practice is moving to a total triage system for all appointments.

What does this mean for you?

  • From 13th October 2025 all GP appointment requests will be assessed first by our clinical team.
  • You can contact us online, by phone, or in person. We will ensure you get the right care, with the right person, at the right time.
  • This change helps us prioritise urgent needs and offer more flexible care options, including phone, video, or face-to-face appointments.
  • If you need an appointment with a member of our nursing team, you can book directly via the NHS App, over the telephone, or at the reception desk
